Service Charge Policy: All proposals will include a 20% Service Charge to insure our service team is well cared for in serving your event. We appreciate your understanding. For service that goes far above and beyond your expectations, you are welcome to add additional gratuity upon completion of event.
 
Cancellation Policy: Upon acceptance of contract, a 50% deposit will be due. Cancellations made within 8-14 days of event will be charged 75% of total cost. Cancellations made within 7 days of event will be charged the full cost of event.
